Requirements

• Drives technical decisions for the Functional Area and executes implementation
• Implement and Drive Technical decisions for the security of the Ethernet Solutions team
• Has a proven ability to solve complex problems
• Has a sense of urgency for innovation
• 5+ years relevant working experience

Responsibilities

• Design security components for Ethernet devices, including MACsec (IEEE 802.3AE)
• Work with the Security team to achieve unified security solutions for the Ethernet Solutions product line
• Out-of-the-box thinking in a Design role to implement highly efficient security solutions
• Support silicon bring-up and lab debug
• Collaborate across Architecture, Design, Verification, and Application teams to deliver high-quality solutions
