As a Sr. Staff FAE Engineer on our Sales team, you'll work hand-in-hand with our customers, enabling them to transform our products into cutting-edge designs, all while building longlasting partnerships that thrive on success. Requirements
- Degree in EE or Computer Engineering.
- 1-2 years experience in Automotive or Semiconductor Industry.
- Proactive and good networking skills.
- Can break down complex technical details into a concise value proposition for customers.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AI tools/Programming is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Engage with the technical side of the customer and identify new opportunities for Infineon's solutions and create system selling discussions with the customer.
- Achieve the account team design win pipeline and target.
- Identify customer solutions and represent them in block diagram format for internal reviews and for showing why and where we are winning and losing.
- Maximize BOM share (PGO count) and engage Marketing to feedback requests or lessons learnt.
- Collaborate with Sales tandem partner to create overarching Account Strategy.
