As a Senior Staff Digital Design Engineer on our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life. In your new role you will: Play a key role in the development of digital controllers for DCDC conversion in AI data centers; Be responsible for all aspects of digital IC design, from RTL to simulations and verification Own design of digital IP for power controllers, being aware of project timeline and deliverables Follow backend implementation activities, including physical design, timing closure and DFT flow, providing guidance to RTL2GDS teams Follow methodologies to ensure product quality and project execution As a global leader in semiconductor solutions in power systems and IoT, Infineon enables game-changing solutions for green and efficient energy, clean and safe mobility, as well as smart and secure IoT.
