About The Position

The Senior Staff Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions by translating requirements into technical specifications. Focusing on Analytic, Data Science and Business Intelligence. You will have the opportunity to work all business functions and with our Data & Analytics experts across the world and multiple operating companies. This position reports to the Senior Director Data Engineering and is part of the Data Engineering Team and will be fully remote in US or on-site in Krakow, Poland.

Requirements

5-7 years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Science, or Data Engineering environments.
Strong proficiency in data analysis, requirements elicitation, process modeling, and SQL, with hands-on experience leveraging Snowflake and Power BI to support analytics, reporting, and business intelligence initiatives.
Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence
5+ years of hands-on experience working with Dashboards or Data Preparation
3 years of experience working in Agile teams that work in sprints
Ability to travel to Washington DC and global Danaher sites, up to 10%

Translate these business requirements into user stories and comprehensive functional specifications for data integrations, data modeling, dashboards, reports for development team.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver efficient and effective solutions.
Engage with Data and Analytics user community to support solution adoption
