About The Position

The SRE Lead will be responsible for ensuring application reliability, scalability, performance optimization, incident management, production support, and automation. This role requires strong expertise in Java-based applications, cloud-native architectures on GCP, monitoring and observability tools, CI/CD pipelines, and big data technologies. The candidate will lead SRE initiatives, drive operational excellence, implement reliability best practices, collaborate with development and data engineering teams, and ensure high availability and resilience of business-critical systems.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-8 years of experience.
• Strong SRE lead with good understanding of Data Engineering.
• Java expertise is required.
• Experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
• Experience in Java application support/development.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Data Engineering.
• Strong expertise in cloud-native architectures on GCP.
• Strong expertise in monitoring and observability tools.
• Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong expertise in big data technologies.
• Business stakeholder communication is a must.
