Join us to build tomorrow, today. Senior Recruiter (Regional Lead) Checkout.com is seeking a dedicated Senior Recruiter to join our team as the Regional Lead for the US. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary Talent partner to our US leadership, including our CRO and other executive stakeholders, ensuring we attract and secure the best talent in the region. As a Regional Lead, you do more than fill roles; you own the talent strategy for the US. You will partner with leadership across all departments Commercial, Tech, and Product, Legal, Risk & Compliance with a focus on our Go To Market Vertical to ensure a unified hiring approach. You act as a prime example for the wider Talent team, finding innovative ways to optimize processes and leverage technology. This allows you to achieve exceptional results and maintain an unparalleled candidate experience, further solidifying Checkout.com's reputation in the US market.

Requirements

  • A Proven Track Record: Extensive experience navigating complex, high-volume hiring within the US market, ideally with deep expertise in Payments or GTM functions.
  • Agility & Growth Mindset: You thrive in fast-paced scale-up environments and possess the agility to innovate within evolving landscapes.
