About The Position

IEC, Navigation Solutions delivers advanced military GPS and broader Position, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) capabilities that support mission requirements across weapon systems, ground platforms, airborne assets, maritime systems, and space environments. Navigation Solutions products are engineered to provide resilient PNT performance for the warfighter operating in denied or degraded environments. This role directly ensures that GPS receivers and simulators maintain mission effectiveness when exposed to adversarial threats and operational challenges. A key responsibility of this role is to develop and debug robust embedded software to fulfill strict performance requirements related to GPS user equipment. This role expands beyond coding, testing and debugging, and includes analysis of requirements, producing detailed documentation, conducting proof-of-concept evaluation of design alternatives, conducting code reviews, and other similar tasks. Successful candidates perform complex professional software engineering assignments requiring advanced problem-solving skills. This requisition, and any potential offer, is contingent upon the award of government contracts and adherence to contract budgets.
