About The Position

This role is for a Senior Specialist in Regulatory Affairs, considered a highly experienced and knowledgeable resource within the organization. The position is responsible for directing the development of product registration submissions, progress reports, renewals, amendments, or periodic experience reports. The role involves interacting with country affiliates to compile and prepare registration and submission documentation and serving as a regulatory liaison throughout the product lifecycle. It also includes participating in product plan development and implementation, and regulatory strategy, and serving as a regulatory representative to marketing, research teams, and regulatory agencies. The Senior Specialist will manage and evaluate product changes by assessing scope, regulatory impact, and international submission requirements, and maintain annual food facility licenses. Strong communication and working relationships across business functions, third-party manufacturers, and suppliers are essential.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in science (biology, chemistry, microbiology, food science)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in regulated industry (e.g. medicinal products, nutritionals)
  • This is an on-site role - not a remote role.
  • No relocation assistance available for this role.
  • Will not provide sponsorship of any kind for this role (including OPT).

Nice To Haves

  • Certification is a plus (such as RD (Registered Dietician))
