About the Team The New Verticals Partner Integrations team is dedicated to our Merchant's success, working to build cutting-edge technology services that empower merchants to grow their businesses seamlessly. As DoorDash expands its scale and breadth of integrated delivery offerings, we are seeking talented individuals to join us and further enhance our technical prowess. We are looking for motivated team members who embody a “Merchant First” attitude to guide our partners through their integration journey with DoorDash. About the Role DoorDash is looking for someone who wants a challenge, likes interfacing with top partners, and is passionate about standardizing & scaling high growth products across our New Verticals business. You will serve as the Technical Account Manager for these integrations, gathering information from partners and helping them connect to our systems. You will be expected to get to the lowest level of detail to understand our products & processes, as well as to think strategically about growing this business & function. You will strategize with our cross-functional DoorDash teams to build & operate a world class integrations platform. This role will focus on third-party integrations, unlocking new selection and value-added features. You’re excited about this opportunity because… You will own the success of our New Verticals integrations by driving initiatives across technical teams, contractors, and internal business stakeholders You will identify, resolve, and escalate day-to-day integration-related blockers You will be the voice of DoorDash in managing external relationships with our New Verticals partners, leading implementation and process improvement You will partner with product, engineering, and operations teams to discover & drive opportunities for improvement that come from data analysis, merchant insights, and the definition of new processes You will help shape the systems integrations roadmap in collaboration with other product and operations owners You will empower cross functional partners by partnering with Growth Operations to educate stakeholders on integrations and create user-friendly enablement content

  • Operational Proven track record of maintaining and enhancing processes
  • Strong ability to collaborate with external partners to drive successful partnerships
  • Experience in project and/or program management
  • Proven success working in cross-functional engineering and operations teams
  • Technical 3+ years of experience translating technical concepts to business solutions
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of integrations, APIs and webhooks
  • Hands-on working SQL experience to troubleshoot and self-serve
  • General Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience working in retail ecommerce a plus

Responsibilities

  • Be a Subject Matter Expert for DoorDash’s integrated offerings and guide partners through new Integration builds.
  • Collaborate closely with Merchants and Integrations partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful integration onto the DoorDash platform.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to provide guidance and support .
  • Translate complex technical requirements into clear business solutions that align with our partner’s objectives.
  • Work on strategic projects based on Merchant needs to uplevel our product offering and to contribute to our processes and documentation to continuously improve.
