About The Position

L3Harris is seeking a Senior Specialist, Manufacturing Engineer to support our Manufacturing Engineering team in Camden, AR. This role will be responsible for support thorough root cause and corrective action activities and to facilitate rapid continuous improvement project to enhance processes. Problems may require understanding of other job areas. Problems are typically solved by drawing from prior experiences, with analysis of the issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
