About The Position

We are Cotton On. Cotton On is an Australian-born fashion and lifestyle brand bringing a laid-back, optimistic Aussie energy to more than 20 countries. We make everyday dressing feel easy, fun, and accessible, and we use our scale to make a real difference through the Cotton On Foundation. In the US, we're growing fast and building a marketing team that can turn that global footprint into real brand love with Gen Z, Gen Alpha, and families. Cotton On Kids is a brand with its own customer, its own energy, and its own community. We're looking for someone who gets the parent-and-child dynamic, loves the product, and is excited to run an entire brand marketing function across social, creators, community, and events. Cotton On Kids is looking for a Senior Specialist, Kids Brand Marketing to own how the Kids brand shows up in the US across social, creator programmes, community, and events. You'll take a brand that already has huge energy globally, work closely with the Kids team in Australia, and help it find its voice for US families.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years in brand, social, or creator marketing
  • Experience managing social channels and content pipelines end to end, from planning through reporting.
  • Experience planning and executing events, activations, or community moments and know how to move from concept to recap.
  • Confident working with creators and communities in a way that feels thoughtful, organised, and brand-safe.
  • Naturally operate as a player-coach, comfortable owning strategy while also chasing assets, writing recaps, and pitching in wherever the work needs to move.

Nice To Haves

  • Energised by community-driven consumer brands.
  • Excited by the idea of owning Kids as its own spotlight inside a bigger global portfolio.
  • Comfortable owning a marketing calendar, running events, and still jumping in to brief creators, review content, and solve execution gaps.
  • Bring genuine interest in or experience with kids, family, or parent-adjacent brands and you understand how to speak to parents without losing the fun.

Responsibilities

  • Own the US marketing calendar for Cotton On Kids across seasonal moments, storytelling opportunities, and community activations.
  • Translate global Kids briefs from the AUS team into US-relevant social, creator, and event plans.
  • Be the US voice for Kids in cross-functional conversations.
  • Work closely with the global AUS marketing team to align on creative direction, assets, and campaign timing throughout the year.
  • Own and manage Cotton On Kids' US social channels across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat, and emerging platforms, posting consistently, maintaining brand voice, and keeping the feed alive and relevant.
  • Build and manage the content pipeline, including creator content, community output, and event capture, so there's always something coming.
  • Track what's performing, what's not, and use that to improve what gets made next.
  • Stay current on what's working in the parent and family creator space: the formats, the sounds, the conversation.
  • Own the Cotton On Kids US creator programme, finding the right parent and family creators, building relationships, and managing briefs end to end.
  • Lead the Funday Club programme in the US, a community of parent creators who produce Cotton On Kids content as brand advocates.
  • Understand what makes working with parent creators different.
  • Brief creators clearly, track deliverables, manage usage rights, and report on performance.
  • Plan and execute Cotton On Kids in-store events and brand activations in the US, from concept through to post-event recap.
  • Work with global licensing partners on US Kids brand collaborations: kids' IP, toy brand partnerships, and culturally relevant moments.
  • Proactively identify activation opportunities that get the brand in front of the right customer at the right time.
  • Manage the intern effectively, briefing, delegating, and developing, while staying deeply hands-on in your own output.
