About The Position

The Senior Specialist, Investor Services Operations conducts, analyzes, and reports on transfer agency operations activities for clients of moderate complexity. The role leads client onboarding and internal conversions, reports on key metrics, and consults on daily Transfer Agency processes. It also assists management with day-to-day business operations and resolution of escalated issues. The specialist reviews processes and procedures to reduce risk and improve efficiency, recommending modifications to increase productivity. The role has no direct reports but provides guidance to less experienced team members as needed and contributes to team objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
