About The Position

Capital Power is seeking a senior-level health and safety professional to join our Corporate Health and Safety team and help strengthen how work is done safely across our operations in the United States. Reporting to the Director, Health and Safety, this role supports Capital Power’s North American fleet by contributing to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of practical, risk-based corporate health and safety programs tailored to diverse operating environments. This is an opportunity for an experienced professional who brings strong technical depth, operational credibility, and a learning mindset. Capital Power is on a journey toward the application of Human and Organizational Performance principles, and this role contributes directly to how we design systems, learn from events, and continuously improve.
