About The Position

A Senior Specialist, Enterprise IT Applications is an advanced technology role focused on the architecture, optimization, and support of an organization's core software portfolios, or custom-built in house platforms. Requirements

  • Proficiency in enterprise application development, configuration, and integration
  • Strong knowledge of database technologies, reporting tools, and programming languages
  • Experience with system analysis, design, and full lifecycle development practices
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical and application-level issues
  • Familiarity with enterprise human resource systems and business process workflows
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree with 5–7 years of relevant experience, or High school diploma/GED with 9–11 years of relevant work experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving across technical environments
  • Experience supporting and enhancing enterprise-level business application
  • Hands on experience with systems analysis and application programming

Responsibilities

  • Provide application support for enterprise human resource systems and related platforms.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop, test, debug, and document enhancements and fixes for business applications.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, and issue resolution.
  • Support mission-critical applications that require high availability and reliability.
  • Design and develop applications and reporting solutions using modern programming frameworks and tools.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of enterprise systems, applications, and technology platforms.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment between technology solutions and organizational objectives.
  • Manage and coordinate data and system changes throughout the application lifecycle to maintain integrity and consistency.
