About The Position

Overview: The Advertising Operations Coordinator Senior Specialist play a critical role in accelerating revenue growth by supporting the day to day operational execution of cross functional initiatives. This role acts as a force multiplier for senior leadership—helping manage workflows, reporting, communications, and project tracking across publishers, product, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in advertising/loyalty industry
  • Education in Advertising/Marketing/Communications
  • Experience with meeting prep, agenda creation, follow-up action tracking & documentation
  • Experience with process improvement and documentation of roles, responsibilities and timelines
  • Skilled at Excel / PowerPoint
  • Managed workflows across multiple teams

Responsibilities

  • Executive & Leadership Support o Prepare executive level slides, summaries, and briefing materials o Support meeting preparation including agendas, pre reads, and follow ups o Track action items and ensure accountability across stakeholders
  • Publisher & Partner Coordination o Share responsibility for publisher communications and coordination o Manage and organize inbound communications (daily emails, updates, reporting)
  • Project & Program Management o Project manage cross functional initiatives from planning through execution o Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks o Maintain dashboards or trackers that show progress, issues, and outcomes o Identify gaps or blockers and proactively drive resolution o Maintain project plans, status updates, and documentation
  • Operational Excellence o Help define and document operational processes related to launches and ongoing initiatives o Coordinate across product, sales, marketing, and external partners o Create structure where it doesn’t exist and continuously improve workflows
