SharkNinja is seeking a visionary and strategically minded VP, Commerce Media to lead the company’s commerce strategy across Retail Media, Amazon, and Direct‑to‑Consumer (DTC). Thia is a new, high‑visibility, enterprise‑impact role leading both long‑term strategic direction and near‑term performance optimization. This leader will serve as the connective tissue between brand media’s demand generation, and lower‑funnel commerce activation—building a unified full‑funnel, commerce‑driven media ecosystem that drives profitable growth across business priorities. A deeply consultative and advisory leader, this role will be responsible for shaping investment strategy, advancing our retail and commerce media capabilities, developing solutions that close the bridge demand generation and demand capture, and ensuring SharkNinja is maximizing performance across all digital commerce touchpoints. The role will also build a strong partnership across SharkNinja performance teams (DTC, AMZ, R.com).
