About The Position

The Senior Specialist, Command Media Transformation, supports the development, control, and continuous improvement of segment command media and quality policy processes. This role executes configuration management activities, administers policy review workflows, and develops digital tools that enhance policy governance and quality systems. The position partners with cross‑functional teams to ensure documentation accuracy, effective change control, and timely communication across the segment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in configuration management, doc control, and/or policy governance
  • 1+ years of experience with quality systems (AS9100, ISO9001, DocuSign, etc).
  • 1+ years of experience supporting digital workflow tools or policy/quality change processes.
  • 1+ years of experience with analytics or automation tools such as Power BI or PowerApps.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience integrating or modernizing digital document systems.
  • Experience supporting review boards, change boards, or governance committees.
  • Familiarity with Software Quality and Supplier Quality processes.
  • Experience working with SharePoint, Power Platforms, or other enterprise workflow tools.
  • Strong analytical skills applied to documentation lifecycle management or quality policy systems.
  • Ability to manage cross‑functional coordination and maintain attention to detail in documentation and quality processes.

Responsibilities

  • Perform configuration management of segment command media, including incorporating red‑line revisions, maintaining accurate document histories, and ensuring compliance with document control standards.
  • Execute formal segment and executive level approval workflows for command media updates through Sign‑It or equivalent systems.
  • Issue commanding media change notifications, including urgent releases and scheduled monthly distributions.
  • Support integration of the legacy Policy Review Board (PRB) processes and maintain associated digital systems and document repositories.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance (QA) configuration management activities for the Quality Policy Group (QPG).
  • Develop and maintain Power BI applications to enhance command media tracking, monitoring, and reporting capabilities.
  • Create and support PowerApps solutions to improve usability, efficiency, and integration of existing digital policy systems.
  • (Optional upon confirmation) Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance
