About The Position

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Client Processing - Conventional Debt to join our Conventional Trust Client Platform team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: Provide complex analytics and reporting services, working to improve and automate Client Processing systems. Manage moderate to complex external client issues and directly advise other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service or resolution of issues. Meet with organizational units/teams to ensure problems and issues are addressed appropriately and resolved in a timely manner. Participate in product development, product enhancement, and system testing to ensure products continue to accurately and efficiently process high value transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Excellent communication and writing abilities
• Demonstrated ability to prepare transmission files and coordinate with cross-functional groups
• Attention to detail
• Problem solving, critical thinking, time management and communication
• Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and execute workload
• Prior experience with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel

Nice To Haves

• 5-7 years of total work experience is preferred.
• Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.
• Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
