About The Position

BNY is seeking a Senior Specialist, Client Operations to join the Archer team in Berwyn, PA. This role will be responsible for executing quality control activities, identifying and escalating operational risk, supporting control assessments, and helping ensure processes are performed in a controlled, accurate, and compliant manner. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and organizational skills, control-oriented thinking, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams while communicating insights clearly to management and senior leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.

Nice To Haves

• 5–7 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in an operational area and/or client services preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of BNY Mellon products and services, with ability to support multiple complex client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Work with external clients to resolve complex day-to-day issues and direct them to appropriate resources at BNY Mellon.
• Support clients in addressing and resolving complex operational and technical issues and ensure requests are executed.
• Apply advanced problem-solving skills, judgment, and experience to analyze information and deliver high-quality service to a specialized client base.
• Proactively assist clients in reviewing potential business needs and direct them to appropriate BNY Mellon resources; help improve the client experience through process improvements.
