Senior Specialist - Business Analysis
About The Position
Seeking a Senior Specialist with 7 to 11 years of experience in Payments business and data analysis specializing in various payment types including SWIFT ISO20022 and RealTime systems Analyze and interpret complex payment systems including SWIFT ISO20022 RealTime Instant Request to Pay Domestic CrossBorder High Value Low Value and Mass Payments Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather and document business requirements related to payment processes Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends issues and opportunities within payment operations Support the design and enhancement of payment solutions ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging business insights and payment data analytics Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders at various levels Stay updated with emerging payment technologies and industry best practices to recommend innovative solutions

- Payments (SWIFT, ISO20022, Real-Time, Instant, Request to Pay, Domestic, Cross-Border, High Value, Low Value and Mass Payments)

Responsibilities
- Lead the endtoend business analysis activities for payments projects and initiatives
- Act as a liaison between business units technology teams and external partners to ensure clear understanding of payment requirements
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation including business requirement documents functional specifications and process flows
- Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for payment system changes and enhancements
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions
- Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on payment domain knowledge and analysis techniques
- Ensure timely delivery of highquality business analysis outputs aligned with project timelines and organizational goals
