Requirements

Proven expertise in data modeling and business intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
Strong ability to document and analyze business requirements with precision and clarity.
Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent experience.
Experience evaluating financial data, key performance indicators, and trends to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Skilled in collaborating with internal and external partners to deliver consistent, data-driven insights.
Ability to develop and execute analytical plans, providing expert guidance on best practices.
Demonstrated commitment to integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement in business processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area.

Responsibilities

Analyze and validate data accuracy by comparing with third-party sources, budgets, and actual results to support informed decision-making.
Develop and maintain financial models, key performance indicators, and metrics to evaluate trends and business performance.
Provide data-driven insights and expert guidance to support business strategies and monitor ongoing analytical needs.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure consistent and accurate application of data insights.
Prepare reports, documentation, and recommendations to support key business processes and stakeholder relationships.
Execute and improve processes ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with company policies and values.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
