Requirements

Proven expertise in data modeling and business intelligence to support accurate analysis and reporting.
Strong skills in documenting business requirements and translating them into actionable insights.
Certification from the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) or equivalent experience.
Ability to analyze financial data, key performance indicators, and trends to inform strategic decisions.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders to develop consistent, data-driven business strategies.
Proficiency in utilizing analytical tools to extract, consolidate, and communicate complex data effectively.
Commitment to maintaining integrity, compliance, and ethical standards in all business processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or related field OR 2 years’ experience in data analytics, project management, business, or relevant area.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
