This role will assist in overseeing kitchen operations, leading culinary team members, and delivering high-quality dining experiences for students, faculty, staff, and guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, culinary innovation, and team development in a fast-paced collegiate setting. Working closely with the Executive Chef, the Senior Sous Chef will play a key role in menu development, food production, catering execution, and operational excellence while helping to foster an engaging and inclusive dining experience on campus.
