The Senior Sous Chef will be responsible for running daily kitchen shifts, managing guest interactions, and ensuring all food prepared meets quality standards. This role involves overseeing daily kitchen operations, maintaining organized systems for menus and recipes, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and health regulations. The Senior Sous Chef will also monitor, manage, and motivate kitchen staff, assist with stock control and ordering, and support all kitchen sections to ensure seamless service delivery and an exceptional guest dining experience. A key aspect of this role is to train, mentor, and develop junior chefs.
