Reworld is looking for a dynamic Solutions Sales Manager to further our Growth. Requirements

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales and account management in the Hazardous or Non-hazardous waste industry preferred with a proven track record.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to easily communicate the needs of the Reworld waste approval and facility operations processes to clients.
  • Ability to contribute both as a sole contributor and as a team member.
  • Ability to communicate the Reworld value proposition across all levels of the client organization.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, highly regulated, and technical industry.
  • Travel – mostly within the region, but up to 45%

Responsibilities

  • Grow New Business – attract large and high-profile prospects to further expand on our current business.
  • Provide Solutions for industrial prospects. This is primarily a hunter role for multiple Reworld Environmental facilities located in key growth markets.
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects, researching and analyzing sales options.
  • Identifies and manages all steps of the RFP process.
  • Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of the Company’s available services, lines of business, pricing structures, and offers additional services as appropriate to assign existing customers.
  • Utilizes directed CRM database on-a-daily basis, schedules, and documents all activities such as calls, meetings, and proposals within the database.
  • Regularly meets with Sales Director to review weekly customer retention and relationship activities, progress versus goals, and status of key customer relationships.
  • Forecast and Budget – Will actively input, communicate and oversee the monthly forecast and annual budget process for assigned facilities, direct accounts, and 3rd-party environmental service companies.
  • Sales and Administrative Processes – Will follow established protocols regarding contracts, credit, pricing, procedures, and documentation.
  • Will perform other duties as required.
