About The Position

LeanData helps companies orchestrate their go-to-market strategy aligned with the buyer journey to fuel efficient growth. We’re looking for a Senior Manager of Solutions Marketing to define and lead our solution-level go-to-market strategy across a growing product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing and is responsible for articulating the collective value of LeanData as an end-to-end solution. You’ll think holistically across our products and personas to create differentiated positioning, drive pipeline growth, and influence product and GTM strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Marketing, you’ll be the first solutions marketer at LeanData, so the ideal candidate is a product marketing leader who is comfortable in the ambiguous, thrives with a challenge, enjoys connecting dots across teams, and is passionate about translating capabilities into compelling business outcomes. Hybrid: This is a hybrid role with two days in office; Monday and Wednesday.

Requirements

  • You’re a storyteller and translator, and have a knack for connecting the pieces together to teller a bigger picture story
  • You’re a team player who enjoys collaborating with a maturing product marketing function
  • 6+ years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or solutions marketing, ideally in an enterprise environment
  • Proven experience defining and launching cross-product solutions with measurable business impact
  • Strong strategic thinker who can zoom out to define solution narratives and zoom in to execute with excellence
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tying GTM efforts to pipeline and revenue outcomes
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Solution Strategy, Positioning & Messaging - Define LeanData’s solution-level positioning and value propositions across the product portfolio, aligned to customer challenges and value-based outcomes; Evolve our new solution value framework, ensuring consistency across internal and external resources, campaigns, sales motions, and customer communications, continually validating with our customers
  • Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution - Develop solution-level sales enablement assets (decks, one-pagers, talk tracks, use-case narratives, customer stories, ROI models) that support how sellers position LeanData; Partner with customer-facing teams to effectively convey the value and solutions of LeanData in customer conversations
  • Partner GTM - Define the role of LeanData’s partner ecosystem within the overall solution strategy and value proposition; Develop solution narratives that clearly articulate how LeanData, together with our key partners, delivers end-to-end outcomes for customers, including the support of partner launches and integrations in partnership with our product and partnership teams
  • Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration - Act as a strategic partner to GTM leadership, helping shape solution selling motions, deal strategy, and enablement priorities; Work with the broader Product Marketing team to ensure strong alignment between product-level and solution-level GTM efforts
