Job Details The Sr. Manager of Client Solutions leads customer integrations and deployments with a focus on bridging client data and process from clients applications such as the EMR to Anew Health products. This role leads direct report(s) and an assigned portfolio ensuring the continuity of data to our solutions while delivering exceptional service. This leader leverages strong project management skills, process improvement tools, and service excellence. This role will develop EHR configurations leading to product retention, data service capabilities, and streamline operations for Anew teams. This leader will work with account management, operations & integration teams with a focus on client interoperability and data sharing. The position collaborates with client leadership, internal teams, and supports growth initiatives to align our ongoing digital front door client experience transformation, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and overall customer satisfaction. The Sr. Manager enables a data-driven culture that supports innovation, equity, and continuous improvement throughout the organization and across customers.
