About The Position

AI is rewriting the rules of business, and Gravitee is at the center of that transformation. As our Senior Solutions Engineer, you won’t just be supporting a product; you’ll be shaping how the world perceives and adopts the next generation of AI-driven digital experiences. As the Solution Engineer of the sales organization, you will be talking to prospective clients to understand their current challenges, deliver tailored demos to show how Gravitee can address those challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a previous Solutions Consultant, Solutions Architect or Solutions Engineering role for a B2B vendor
  • A track record of providing solutions and engaging with technical (e.g developer and architect) customer personas
  • Ability to present advanced technical topics and deliver tailored demos to different audiences
  • Experience working in technology, ideally within API management, IAM, integration
  • Good understand of the AI Industry and modern Agentic tools and protocols (MCP, A2A, LLM’s)
  • Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management - OAuth Protocol, JWT
  • Good knowledge of REST, JSON and XML
  • Some scripting experience, ideally with Java or JavaScript/Python
  • Ability to design deployment architectures (HA, DR, etc)
  • Understanding of Kubernetes, Docker, continuous integration and continuous delivery processes as well as experience with Linux/Windows

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of Event Driven Architectures and APIs
  • Understanding of OAuth2 and OpenID Connect
  • Knowledge of Kafka, gRPC, GraphQL
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs or AI Agent frameworks or platform
  • Experience in SaaS, AI-enabled systems, or open-source communities
  • A "growth mindset" and curiosity

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical sales process for acquiring new customers, together with Account Executives
  • Discover and analyze customer challenges, delivering product demonstrations, engaging in Proof of Concepts and technical discussions as well as answering to others
  • Engage with new and existing partners and service providers to find new mutual opportunities and technical partnerships
  • Support the success and growth of the existing customer base, alongside Customer Success Managers
  • Engage with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to influence product direction based on customer feedback and to support on webinars and content generation
