Egnyte is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer (also known as a Sales Engineer) who can effectively communicate with Project staff, IT personnel, and executives within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industry. This role serves as a "Technical Liaison" connecting Sales, Product, Marketing, and AEC customers. The Senior SE is expected to work autonomously, going beyond feature demonstrations to challenge the customer's current practices. They will translate complex construction workflows, such as BIM collaboration and project delivery, into secure and scalable Egnyte-based solutions, emphasizing the value proposition. The individual will own the technical success of engagements, lead customer pilots and Proofs of Concept (POCs) with minimal supervision, and mentor junior team members on industry best practices.
