About The Position

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you’ll be the technical heartbeat of Dynamo’s go-to-market motion. You’ll partner closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to translate complex AI governance and security needs into elegant, deployable solutions. You’ll lead technical discovery calls, design and demo solutions, run point on PoV’s, and ultimately win customer trust — not just by selling, but by deeply understanding their problems and helping them solve them. If you love diving into new technologies, explaining the “why” behind the “how,” and seeing your impact land in real time, this is the role for you.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience across InfoSec, IT Ops, Networking, or Sales Engineering
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity or AI infrastructure
  • Strong presentation and storytelling skills — you make complex tech make sense
  • High EQ: you build trust fast and communicate across all levels
  • A love for learning — new tools, new tech, new problems
  • Comfort in ambiguity — you find structure where others find chaos
  • Self motivated - you take initiative and find opportunity to go above and beyond
  • Ability to travel up to ~30% (as needed)
  • US citizenship + ability to pass a background check

Responsibilities

  • Own the technical win. Lead the full technical side of the sales cycle — from discovery through demo to deployment design.
  • Be the trusted advisor. Build credibility with both execs and engineers, quickly identifying what matters most to them and how Dynamo can help.
  • Evangelize AI cybersecurity. Stay ahead of evolving AI risks and trends, and help customers operationalize safe and compliant AI adoption.
  • Bridge sales and engineering. Bring customer insights back to our product teams and influence the roadmap.
  • Lead with curiosity. Learn, iterate, and continuously improve how we tell Dynamo’s story — technically and strategically.
  • Partner with sales. Provide technical leadership to our Federal and commercial customers and prospects in conjunction with helping our GTM team meet its quarterly revenue goals.
  • Present to customers. This includes whiteboard sessions, product demonstrations, slides, proof of value outcomes, etc. and building the business case with prospects
  • Test Planning. Prepare in-depth test and PoV plans for showing the value of the Dynamo platform to prospective customers and ensure we earn the technical win.
  • Represent Dynamo in technical forums such as trade shows, technical meetups, and industry events.
