About The Position

Healthie is hiring an exceptional Senior Solutions Engineer to join their team. In this role, the engineer will serve as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with prospects, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless adoption and integration of Healthie’s platform. The position involves bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs, helping customers unlock the full potential of the platform while driving successful implementations. Responsibilities include active participation in customer calls, providing technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales conversations, and guiding customers through solution design, API integrations, data migrations, and system configurations for a smooth onboarding experience. The role also entails working directly with customers to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing product adoption, and ensuring seamless integrations with third-party systems. The Senior Solutions Engineer will need to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Support teams to share feedback and shape the future of Healthie’s platform. The company emphasizes leveraging AI-powered development tools, embracing automation, and adopting modern, AI-assisted engineering practices to increase velocity and quality.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience as a full-stack developer
  • Familiarity with Healthie's tech stack (Rails, React, Typescript, GraphQL)
  • Familiarity with supporting technologies like Postgres, Redis, and Sidekiq
  • Practical ability to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Understanding of the importance of privacy, security, and compliance in healthcare solutions
  • A knack for brainstorming and identifying the best pathways to connect systems, always thinking outside the box to meet customer needs
  • Exceptional communication skills, conveying complex information in clear, easy-to-understand terms and adapting to different audiences
  • Execution-oriented, focused on delivering results and finding ways around obstacles
