This role delivers scalable, high-performance applications that support core HR functions including Workforce Administration, Benefits, and Payroll. Key responsibilities include designs, builds, and enhances PeopleSoft HCM components using People Tools technologies such as Application Engine, People Code, SQR, Component Interfaces, Integration Broker, and Fluid User Interface. The role involves developing and optimizing complex SQL and PL/SQL in an Oracle environment, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and performance across high-volume HR and payroll datasets.
