This role is for an exceptional Senior Solutions Consultant who will bring the PreventionFirst Platform to electric utilities. It is positioned as a trusted advisor role, focusing on architecting solutions for strategic prospects and customers. The consultant will translate complex business needs into compelling narratives demonstrating how the AiDASH platform addresses challenges related to climate resilience and operational excellence. The role involves collaborating with Product teams to influence the roadmap and staying updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience, including in a technical domain.
- At least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
- Consultative approach to understanding customer’s business, goals, and challenges.
- Solutions-oriented problem solver.
- Strong technical skills for configuring tailored demos with low/no-code tools.
- Ability to have productive solution architecture discussions with clients.
- Exceptional storyteller capable of crafting and delivering compelling narratives.
- Strong, detail-oriented project management skills.
- Agility to thrive in a rapidly changing, fast-paced environment.
- High ownership and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- First principles thinking.
- Strong team player, comfortable working with cross-functional internal and external teams.

Responsibilities
- Engage deeply with prospects to understand their business goals and pain points.
- Craft and deliver compelling narratives demonstrating how AiDASH's PreventionFirst Platform solves problems and delivers ROI.
- Perform solutions architecture deep dives to map platform integration with mission-critical applications.
- Use low-code tools to create and deliver highly tailored demos.
- Build and present customer-facing materials, including slides, demos, and business cases, aligned with the product roadmap.
- Rally cross-functional AiDASH teams to develop polished proposals that win new business.
- Guide customers through technical questions and challenges, leveraging deep knowledge of the platform and competitive landscape.
- Partner with the Product team to ensure customer insights influence the product roadmap.
- Continuously learn about industry trends and competitor offerings.
