About The Position

Professional firms navigate complex deals, relationships, and regulatory demands — and they expect the software their teams rely on to do the same. As a Senior Solutions Consultant at Intapp, you'll be the technical and strategic anchor for prospect engagements, helping firms understand exactly how our products solve their most pressing challenges. You'll work closely with sales, value engineering, product management, and implementation consultants to shape and close deals across your territory or product line. Deep fluency in cloud technology, security protocols, and integrated data is essential — as is the ability to translate that fluency into demonstrations that resonate with both technical and business audiences. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience at an enterprise software company in a pre-sales, solutions, or architecture role
  • Proven ability to architect enterprise solutions and communicate the business case to both technical and executive stakeholders
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with technical fluency and the ability to reconfigure presentations and applications in a live setting
  • High integrity, strong problem-solving instincts, and a collaborative working style
  • Experience in private capital, investment banking, real estate, or adjacent financial services verticals
  • Degree from a four-year university

Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical evaluation process for prospects, shaping the engagement model and coordinating across the technical sales team to address requirements across the full portfolio
  • Design and communicate solutions that maximize client value by drawing on Intapp and Microsoft capabilities, including architecture walkthroughs for both technical and executive audiences
  • Partner with consulting and implementation services to confirm feasibility and set up post-sales execution for success
  • Coordinate and respond to RFIs and RFPs, and contribute to account strategy and planning
  • Stay current on the competitive landscape, industry developments, and the full Intapp product portfolio
