Solutions Consultants are the driving force behind helping customers understand the business value of Appian's technology during the sales cycle and beyond, acting as trusted advisors to customers, partners, sales, product, marketing, and leadership. As a Senior Solutions Consultant - Department of War, you will actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, serving as the key technical advisor and product advocate. You will use technical creativity and business acumen to illustrate the value of Appian's platform, articulate product positioning to both business and technical users in competitive scenarios, and rapidly identify technical issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
