About The Position
Exemplar Companies is a multidisciplinary professional services firm serving businesses ranging from $5M to $500M in revenue, as well as high-net-worth individuals. Our integrated platform brings together expertise in law, tax, strategy, wealth management, insurance, and business advisory services to deliver comprehensive solutions that drive growth and long-term success. We are expanding our Technology Division and seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to help build and scale AI-powered solutions for both internal operations and client-facing applications.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in software architecture, cloud engineering, or technical consulting.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud technologies.
- Experience designing scalable SaaS or enterprise solutions.
- Proficiency with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Experience integrating third-party platforms and APIs.
- Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with AI, machine learning, and large language models (LLMs) technologies.
- Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, AgentCore, or similar AI platforms.
- Professional services, financial services, legal technology, or B2B SaaS experience.
- Experience leading distributed or remote technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of AI-native technology solutions.
- Design scalable cloud-based applications and multi-tenant environments.
- Establish security, governance, and infrastructure best practices.
- Monitor system performance and oversee the resolution of technical issues.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design discussions with clients.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage implementation and deployment activities.
- Serve as the primary technical escalation point for client engagements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development resources.
- Review code, architectural decisions, and technical documentation.
- Establish development standards and best practices.
- Collaborate across business, operations, and technology teams.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and industry trends.
- Recommend new capabilities, integrations, and automation opportunities.
- Support product strategy, pricing, and solution development initiatives.
