To get a sneak peek into our culture, find us on Instagram: @optimizely Introduction The Senior Solution Strategy Director is responsible for defining and driving execution of the GTM strategy for his/her assigned solution area, which is one of CMP, CMS, WX, FX, Commerce, Industry and Compete (list can expand as we scale). Reporting into the VP, Solution Strategy, and in partnership with GTM leaders, including Sales, Marketing, Partner, Customer Success, and Product, this person will identify, develop, execute, and report on targeted GTM programs/sales plays to generate pipeline and bookings and increase win rates for the assigned business unit (solution). Lastly, this person will serve as a field-facing SME to support enablement efforts and product launches that roll up to the GTM sales plays owned.
