Job Details The Director- Infusion Strategy Solution is responsible for supporting Infusion Strategy Solution to diversify income through the growth and ownership of the solution offering. This person will have a demonstrated ability to foster a collaborative and partnership-based approach health system and hospital clients to achieve business goals with both internal business partners across all commercial vertical as well as with external companies & constituents that support the solution portfolio.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor's Degree; PharmD preferred.
  • Normally requires a minimum of 7+ years directly related and progressively responsible experience in infusion pharmacy, specialty pharmacy, healthcare distribution, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or other related field.
  • Strong strategic thinker with proven financial modeling, decision support, and tactical execution capabilities to drive financial results.
  • Entrepreneurial and highly driven individual that can build concept from initial design to marketable solution.
  • Ability to address the complex interrelationships among factors that influence the solutions to business issues in order to articulate key business strategies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and expresses ideas clearly, concisely and logically.
  • Ability to make balanced and insightful decisions.
  • Quick thinker and learner.
  • Ability to multi-task and work on several complex projects or tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills; attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Management consulting experience preferred.
  • Previous experience working with IDN and Health Systems preferred

Responsibilities

  • Lead Infusion Strategy consulting portfolio in all aspects including expanding new services within the portfolio, working with key partners to ensure delivery requirements are achieved.
  • Build trusting relationships with clients and key business partners.
  • Structures and leads client meetings to resolve issues, address risks and review deliverables.
  • Lead large consulting engagements and ensuring quality, profitability and timeliness.
  • Collaborate with commercial segments business leaders to drive product strategy, sales strategy and operating income success for solution.
  • Maintains industry-wide perspective on major trends, including macro-economic, customer, regulatory, technology, distribution channel, product and competitive trends; identifies implications for portfolio of responsible solution.
  • Follows competitive analysis and bench marking to understand key areas of opportunity and development for responsible solution portfolio.
  • Effectively represents Cencora Corporation to external constituents and seeks to understand potential opportunities for mutual gain.
  • Complies with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Performs related duties as assigned.
