DriveNets seeks a Senior Solution Engineer to work based out of their Red Bank, NJ office. Telecommuting within the U.S. is permitted.

Requirements

  • Seven (7) years of experience in a Network Engineer or closely related occupation
  • Knowledge in DriveNets specific domains: DriveNets Network Operating System (DNOS), and key components like DNOR (DriveNets Orchestrator).
  • Knowledge in Microservices solutions such as Docker containers, and Linux OS and Linux tools
  • Knowledge in Networking protocols, including BGP (Border Gateway Protocol), MPLS, SR (Segment Routing), and QoS.
  • Knowledge in Feature development for NC (Network Cloud) and NC-AI (Network Cloud Artificial Intelligence), including routing technologies, QoS, and Telemetry integration

Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer meetings to define system requirements.
  • Plan the physical deployment of the product within the customer's environment.
  • Coordinate software version compatibility and hardware integration.
  • Ensure power planning is aligned with infrastructure requirements.
  • Mount the product in network racks according to deployment architecture.
  • Connect internal cabling to integrate the solution into the customer's infrastructure.
  • Configure and install the product with the required software version.
  • Establish connectivity between DriveNets’s solution and the customer's networking environment.
  • Deliver the solution and verify its functionality.
  • Provide technical training and explanations to ensure the customer understands system operations.
  • Guide customers on best practices for managing, maintaining, and scaling the solution.
