About The Position

We are seeking a client-focused Implementation Consultant to support the build, testing, and deployment of healthcare technology solutions. This role partners closely with clients and cross functional teams to analyze workflows, solve complex system and process challenges, and ensure successful project outcomes. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, brings strong communication and problem-solving skills, and is motivated to grow expertise in healthcare IT implementations. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • At least 1 year of health care information technology or systems management implementation or consulting working experience
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Decision making skills
  • Flexibility
  • Comfort with ambiguity
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Netsmart EHR solutions
  • Experience within the Netsmart client industries (clinical, human services, long term care, senior living, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and perform system build, testing and conversion project tasks using the implementation methodology
  • Test and troubleshoot configurations to improve solution functionality in a variety of client environments
  • Participate in client meetings and events and internal team initiatives to improve processes and create efficiencies
  • Identify and report solution status, risks, and issues to client and project leadership
  • Work with cross-functional teams to provide complex issue resolution and resolve escalation management issues
  • Assist clients and project teams in current state analysis of department workflows.
  • Maintain client relationships and navigate through conflict and complex relationship situations to achieve business objectives
  • Identify and generate documentation for best practices in methodology
