About The Position

CBTS is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect to lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology solutions for enterprise customers. This strategic, client-facing role serves as a trusted advisor throughout the sales and solution lifecycle, translating business objectives into innovative technical architectures that drive measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise across cloud, infrastructure, networking, security, data protection, and modern enterprise technologies, combined with strong pre-sales and solution-selling experience.

Requirements

• 15+ years of overall technology industry experience.
• 10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, or Consulting.
• Proven success designing and presenting enterprise technology solutions to executive stakeholders.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation and modernization initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong experience in several of the following areas: Cloud Platforms & Hybrid Cloud Solutions, Enterprise Networking, Cybersecurity & Security Architecture, Storage & Data Protection, Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI), Data Center Technologies, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Compute & Infrastructure Management, AI-Driven Solutions, Virtualization & Hypervisor Technologies, Modern Application Architectures, APIs, Microservices, and DevOps Practices.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end enterprise technology solutions that are scalable, resilient, cost-effective, and aligned with business goals.
• Create architecture blueprints, technical roadmaps, and solution strategies for complex customer engagements.
• Lead solution reviews and ensure technical deliverables adhere to best practices and standards.
• Partner with sales teams to develop winning solution strategies and proposals.
• Lead discovery workshops, technical presentations, and executive-level customer discussions.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and value-driven outcomes.
• Support bid management efforts and contribute to revenue growth initiatives.
• Provide thought leadership in cloud transformation, modernization, AI, automation, DevOps, APIs, and microservices architectures.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions that create competitive advantage.
• Mentor solution architects, engineers, and technical teams.
• Ensure solutions meet security, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct architecture assessments and identify technical risks and mitigation strategies.
• Maintain comprehensive architecture documentation and standards.

• Resolve technical roadblocks and support successful technology adoption.
