Alliant EnergyMadison, WI

About The Position

Every transformation needs an architect behind the scenes. At Alliant Energy, we're modernizing the technology that powers our business, and we're looking for a Senior Solution Architect to help design the blueprint for what's next. If you're passionate about integration architecture, connecting complex systems, and turning business needs into scalable technical solutions, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact. You'll help define how enterprise applications integrate, establish architecture standards and design patterns, mentor developers and guide technical decisions, and support one of our largest modernization efforts underway. From evaluating new technologies and shaping integration strategies to creating solution designs, architecture artifacts, and reusable frameworks, you'll influence how technology enables the business for years to come. This role offers a unique blend of solution architecture, enterprise architecture, and hands-on technical leadership. You'll partner with business leaders, enterprise architects, and development teams to assess new projects, support major initiatives like ERP modernization, lead architecture, design, and code reviews, and help shape the future of our Workato integration platform. The best part? You'll join at a time when Alliant Energy is making significant investments in its technology ecosystem, giving you the opportunity to build the patterns, standards, and integration solutions that will support the company's continued growth and transformation.
