About The Position

We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect - Enterprise Data and AI platform to join our growing team. You will be part of a high-profile team delivering transformative, secure, and scalable Data and AI solutions—evolving our Enterprise Data and AI platform and shaping solutions that make a real impact to our business.

Requirements

• 10+ years in a Solution Architecture role
• Passionate about creating responsive, highly resilient, secure, and scalable Data and AI architectures.
• Experience architecting Data and AI platforms in the cloud (ex. AWS Lambda, S3, EC2, ECS, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ALB, CloudWatch).
• Knowledge of ML/AI technologies (ex. Databricks, Snowflake, AWS SageMaker, VertexAI, etc.).
• Knowledge of data modeling and analytics tooling: Snowflake, Data Vault, Informatica IICS, Power BI, etc.
• Experience with generative AI platforms and frameworks (e.g., AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, LangChain, etc.).
• Knowledge applying security principles (ex. compliance, authentication, authorization, monitoring, alerting).
• Excellent leadership, mentorship, and collaborator; a catalyst for change who constructively challenges the status quo.
• Experience with container-based technologies and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes/OKE).
• For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
• No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Evolve the Enterprise Data and AI platform architectures, including integrations with corporate systems and market tools.
• Contribute to and execute the Data & AI Strategy while defining and refining the Architecture patterns.
• Design AI/ML and/or data product solution architectures (ex. feature stores, experimentation tracking, model serving, pipelines/orchestration).
• Deliver architecture blueprints and implementation strategies that meet enterprise security and data protection standards; ensure alignment to corporate vision and objectives while proposing innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with members of various technical teams, business teams and delivery teams to develop solutions that address key customer needs while adhering to EA principles and guidelines.
• Lead risk and cost analyses, including build vs buy strategies
• Lead cross-team dependency management for complex migrations and platform transitions, drive standards and best practices.
