About The Position

Senior Solana Engineer This isn't a maintenance role. You'll be architecting core smart contract infrastructure that sits at the foundation of next-generation stablecoin issuance, at a company redefining what modular financial infrastructure can look like in Web3. One of the most technically ambitious projects in the stablecoin space, this platform delivers a fully modular issuance stack with independent layers for application, distribution, and liquidity. The engineering team operates at the intersection of DeFi protocol design and production-grade blockchain infrastructure, building systems that financial businesses around the world will rely on. This role is for someone who owns their work end to end, thinks in systems, and treats shipping production-grade Solana programs as the baseline, not the goal. If you are energised by hard protocol problems, comfortable in fast-paced environments, and bring genuine depth in Rust and Solana, this is your kind of team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall software engineering experience (non-negotiable)
• 2+ years writing production Rust code (non-negotiable)
• Solana-native depth: hands-on working knowledge of the account model, rent mechanics, transaction limits, versioned transactions, and address lookup tables (non-negotiable)
• Proven track record of deploying and maintaining complex Solana programs in live production environments
• Strong working familiarity with the SPL Token program, Token-2022, and Associated Token Accounts
• Hands-on experience within the broader Solana DeFi ecosystem
• Direct experience with cross-chain messaging and bridging protocols such as Wormhole NTT, LayerZero, Hyperlane, or Chainlink CCIP (non-negotiable)
• Working knowledge of Solidity and EVM development sufficient to reason through cross-chain message flows and equivalent contract logic on both sides (non-negotiable)
• Overlap with EST timezones

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience at a high-growth DeFi protocol, particularly in stablecoin issuance, lending, or real-world asset verticals
• Familiarity with Solana security tooling and audit preparation workflows
• Open-source contributions to Solana programs, SDKs, or developer tooling
• A degree in computer science or a closely related discipline

Responsibilities

• Architect and build Solana programs in Rust using Anchor and/or native frameworks
• Maintain and extend the existing token issuance infrastructure with a focus on Token-2022 extensions
• Optimise on-chain programs for compute unit efficiency, account sizing, and transaction packing
• Take an active role in code and design reviews across the engineering team
• Prepare codebases for external security audits, including writing thorough tests, invariants, and fuzz harnesses
