About The Position

We are actively seeking highly motivated technical program managers who excel in dynamic, small-team settings. You will get a chance to contribute to innovative product ideas that tackle challenges within massive-scale storage environments. Everpure is seeking an energetic Senior Technical Program Manager experienced in leading engineering projects and releases from conception through launch. You will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of delivering software, coordinating complex cross-functional teams to ensure timely deployment, quality, and risk mitigation. You’ll be developing and exercising independent judgment and recommendations that translate into a course of action. You will be the single point of contact for delivery decisions that impact the most demanding mission-critical applications on the planet. If you thrive in an environment where you are expected to influence a growing organization, navigate the cutting edge of cloud-integrated storage, and never accept "downtime" as an answer—this is your team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a TPM, specifically driving complex, feature-rich software programs.
  • A Bachelor’s in CS or Engineering is required.
  • Proven expertise managing the entire lifecycle—from initial investigation and design to execution and post-market customer feedback.
  • You can "speak engineer." You understand high-level architecture and can participate meaningfully in Git merge discussions and vendor/partner roadmap optimizations.
  • You have the "executive presence" to report status to the C-suite, while maintaining the technical depth to drive a triage meeting with senior developers.

Nice To Haves

  • An MS in Computer Science or an MBA in Engineering Management is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the overall release plan, including scope, milestones, and dependencies. You’ll be the primary point of contact for release lines across Product, Engineering, QA, and Security.
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams involving cross-functional stakeholders. You will own the "big picture," ensuring that high-level technical architecture aligns with execution.
  • Own release branch health metrics. You’ll lead bug scrubs, triage critical issues, and define the criteria for merging new payloads (leveraging your experience with Git-based workflows).
  • Drive the Product Lifecycle (PLC) phase exit reviews (Phases 0–3). You will define exit criteria, ensure they are met, and formally drive approvals.
  • Identify critical paths, bottlenecks, and risks early. You’ll facilitate technical decision-making and resolve conflicts across team boundaries to keep the engine moving.
  • Responsible for Capex planning. You will ensure spend is within bounds through accurate monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounting.

Benefits

  • flexible time off
  • wellness resources
  • company-sponsored team events
