About The Position

The Senior Software Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for managing end-to-end software testing and quality associated with WinKQCL. This role also acts as the oversight for all project deliverables, planning, test execution, and reporting. Support for the software quality audit portions of questionnaires, on-site audits, and virtual audits is also expected. The analyst will work closely with Software Validation, Software Support, Software Development, and Software Deployment groups. This position involves planning and scoping of software testing for releases, patches, and hotfixes associated with WinKQCL. The role is responsible for oversight of all project deliverables, planning, test execution, and reporting, as well as QA approval for all software release documentation. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for planning and creation of validation support packages for end-users and participation/support for the software quality audit portions of questionnaires, on-site audits, and virtual audits. Management of Software Quality SOPs and Job Aids, and management and oversight of Software Testing systems are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

Experience with QA Verification of software for the Pharmaceutical industry.
Lead experience in QA.
Ability to come onsite to learn how the software integrates with hardware.

Nice To Haves

Experience with WinKQCL (specific tool experience not needed, but existing team has it).
Experience with automated testing.
