Senior Software Product Manager, Warehouse Management System

Anduril IndustriesCosta Mesa, CA
Onsite

About The Position

ArsenalOS is the digital backbone of Anduril’s hardware enterprise. It connects the full lifecycle, from concept to build to field feedback, into one operating environment built for speed, traceability, autonomy, and continuous improvement. That environment includes not just the software used to design, plan, and execute work, but also the factory-facing infrastructure that connects operators, machines, test systems, and OT networks into the same adaptive Build Chain. It is not a support function, but rather a strategic investment by Anduril that the operating system of the hardware lifecycle is how we win. It will be one of the mechanisms by which Anduril out-builds, out-adapts, and out-scales the traditional defense industrial base. To move at the speed of software, our warehouse and material operations must be equally agile. The Senior Software Product Manager, Warehouse Management Systems owns the digital system that enables Anduril’s warehouses and material flow teams to receive, store, move, pick, pack, ship, and trace critical inventory with speed and precision. In this role, you will define and deliver the internal software systems that power warehouse execution across our factories and operational sites, transforming fragmented, manual workflows into a scalable, reliable, and deeply integrated material operations platform. You must be able to zoom all the way in to improve how a single operator receives or picks material, and zoom all the way out to design the systems, data models, and workflows that connect warehouse execution to planning, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and fulfillment. Every minute we save in material flow, every error we prevent, and every improvement we make to inventory accuracy helps Anduril build and field critical technology faster.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product management focused on operationally complex workflows executed in physical spaces - warehouse operations, supply chain systems, manufacturing systems, etc.
  • Strong domain knowledge in complex operational environments where many different personas with distinct roles and requirements must be orchestrated.
  • Experience defining and shipping software that integrates with adjacent enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, PLM, shipping/logistics tools, procurement systems, or internal data platforms.
  • Experience using automation or AI in practical, accountable ways to improve operator productivity, triage exceptions, or accelerate decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to own a meaningful cross-functional workstream and deliver measurable business value across more than one stakeholder group.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly to operators, engineers, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated first-principles problem solving and the ability to make tradeoffs based on business value, operational constraints, and long-term scalability.
  • Experience creating metrics, dashboards, and decision frameworks that tie product work to operational outcomes.
  • U.S. Person status is required, as this position may need access to export-controlled data.
  • Ability to work in-office full time and willingness to travel to operational sites as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building, implementing, or scaling warehouse management, inventory management, fulfillment, or material flow systems.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse and inventory workflows such as receiving, putaway, bin/location management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, returns, and cycle counting.
  • Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, robotics, defense, industrial operations, or other high-complexity physical product environments.
  • Familiarity with barcode/RFID workflows, handheld tooling, label generation, warehouse automation, or material traceability systems.
  • Experience supporting multi-site warehouse operations with differing layouts, constraints, and process maturity.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for Anduril’s home-grown warehouse management systems, with a clear point of view on the what, why, and why now.
  • Design and deliver a connected warehouse software ecosystem spanning receiving, putaway, inventory control, location management, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, cycle counting, returns, deployments, traceability, and material movement.
  • Partner closely with warehouse operations, supply chain, manufacturing, planning, quality, and finance to translate operational pain points into high-leverage software solutions.
  • Build workflows that improve inventory accuracy, warehouse throughput, material availability, and operator efficiency across multiple sites.
  • Drive the system architecture and integration strategy between WMS and adjacent platforms such as ERP, MES, PLM, procurement, shipping, and reporting systems.
  • Create a scalable digital thread for material identity, status, location, lot/serial traceability, and transaction history across the warehouse lifecycle.
  • Enable automation and AI on top of warehouse execution data, including decision support, exception management, prioritization, and operator productivity tooling.
  • Establish the right metrics and feedback loops to measure business impact, including inventory accuracy, pick accuracy, dock-to-stock time, order cycle time, replenishment latency, warehouse throughput, and material shortages.
  • Own prioritization, scope, tradeoff decisions, release planning, and execution quality across a cross-functional engineering team.
  • Drive adoption and change management so warehouse teams spend less time fighting software and more time moving material safely and efficiently.
  • Work in the open: document decisions, communicate roadmap and tradeoffs clearly, and create durable artifacts that align stakeholders and accelerate execution.
