About The Position

This role involves managing a client's integration with company services, requiring project management skills and system integration across diverse systems. The engineer will be responsible for debugging software issues, investigating root causes, and recommending fixes. Key responsibilities include implementing and supporting authentication, Single Sign On (SSO), Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML), federation, and cloud infrastructure. The position also entails defining methods, standards, and approaches for documenting the organization's enterprise IT architecture, performing and improving software testing and validation procedures, and feeding the CI/CD pipeline through requirements gathering and usability sessions. The role requires briefing Program and Customer leadership, communicating product and implementation details to clients and partners, and escalating impediments and issues to Program Leadership.

Requirements

  • Active TS SCI Clearance, CI Poly eligible; must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience with 8 years of relevant work experience, or master's degree with 6 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and extensive experience working with external clients/partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to document processes/procedures.
  • Ability to recognize when the client requires customizations to a standard solution.
  • Ability to debug software issues, investigate root causes, and recommend fixes.
  • SEC+ certification or DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification, or ability to attain certification within 60 days of start.

Nice To Haves

  • Active TS SCI clearance with CI Poly.
  • Active CompTIA Security+ certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in strong authentication technologies and protocols (e.g., PKI, SSL).
  • System administration skills with Linux systems.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Scrum, and Agile processes.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Identity and Access Management (IdAM) suite, including Oracle Access Manager (OAM) and Oracle Unified Directory (OUD).
  • Knowledge of Ping, Kubernetes, Docker, and Ansible.
  • Knowledge of authentication standards using OAuth, SAML, or PKI.
  • Knowledge of open standards such as REST, SOAP, JSON, and LDAP.
  • Knowledge of Authentication (AuthN), Authorization (AuthZ), Digital Policy Management (DPM), Entitlement Management (EM), and Authoritative Attributes (AuthA).
