About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate to gather and review software requirements and user stories, provide estimates, create software design specifications, and work with engineers and architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions. You will execute a specific development methodology through the application of various programming languages. Additionally, you will create and execute automated test plans and strategies utilizing business requirements, and collaborate with engineers, architects, and clients to validate test environments, test data, and test results. You will also design and implement code fixes, validate outcomes against expected results, and produce associated reporting. This role involves dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing, and/or user acceptance testing. You will support applications, solve configuration and environment issues, and support the software deployment process. Key technologies include React Native, iOS and Android Development, and Mobile Application development, with a focus on completing native features for the AT&T mobile application such as Parental Controls, Data Usage, and Safety and Security. You will utilize comprehensive development processes to solve complex problems for customers.

Requirements

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
  • Three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3) years of experience in a related occupation
  • Experience using React Native
  • Experience utilizing iOS and Android Development
  • Experience utilizing Mobile Application development

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate to gather and review software requirements/user stories
  • Provide estimates
  • Create software design specifications
  • Collaborate with engineers/architects to assess and test hardware and software interactions
  • Execute a specific development methodology through application of various programming languages
  • Create and execute automated test plans/strategies utilizing business requirements
  • Collaborate with engineers/architects, clients, etc. to validate test environments, test data and test results
  • Design and implement code fixes
  • Validate outcomes against expected results and produce associated reporting
  • Perform dynamic application security testing, interface testing, integration testing, end-to-end testing and/or user acceptance testing
  • Support applications and solve configuration and environment issues
  • Support the software deployment process
  • Complete native features for AT&T mobile application including Parental Controls, Data Usage, Safety and Security
  • Utilize comprehensive development processes to solve complex problems for customers
