In this highly visible role as a Quality Core Team Member - Software Quality, you will serve as the primary Quality representative on cross-functional software product development teams, partnering with engineering, regulatory, clinical, and operations stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle. You will provide quality leadership for software design controls, risk management, verification and validation activities, cybersecurity, defect management, and product release decisions while ensuring compliance with global quality system and regulatory requirements. As a trusted member of the Core Team, you will help drive alignment, proactively manage risk, and enable effective decision-making across complex development programs. You will also partner with Quality Systems, Regulatory, and functional stakeholders to further evolve the Quality Management System (QMS), enabling software innovation while ensuring continued compliance with global regulatory standards and industry best practices. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership, and collaboration skills to balance innovation, quality, compliance, and speed to market. Through a commitment to quality excellence and continuous improvement, you will play a critical role in delivering software-enabled products and supporting strategic programs across the ICT portfolio. This position is in Mounds View, MN. within the Coronary & Renal Denervation (CRDN) operating unit.
